  • ADUs — if you have a primary residence with room for construction and delivery, most local jurisdictions are allowing up to 1200’ for an Accessory Dwelling Unit. Call Kyle with your vision and property details. 949-701-7776


  • Land-Lease Park Communities — have lower costs to ownership. Rather than pay the market price of condominiums or SFRs, this allows you save up front, by leasing the land. Where a community has rent control, values may actually appreciate. When it does not, higher rents may affect resale values.


  • Land-Owned Communities — similar to a planned or HOA community, Land-Owned means that you can have your home on a permanent foundation and recorded just like a condominium or SFR, upon completion. Monthly fees include your typical costs to own, such as mortgage, taxes, insurance, and your HOA dues.


  • Private Property — subject to the standards and restrictions of the local jurisdiction, we may build custom primary homes and ADUs. Some of the communities I serve: Encinitas, Carlsbad, La Costa, Vista, Oceanside, Escondido, Valley Center, Fallbrook, Poway, and San Marcos.
